Co-Moderator
As a Social Media and PR Intern at Women Who Rock, I support digital content strategy and live event coverage by creating short-form social media content, drafting captions, monitoring engagement and audience sentiment, and helping maintain a consistent brand voice across platforms. I collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the organization’s online presence and drive meaningful community engagement.
Created and managed social media content to promote events, specials, and the overall vibe of the tavern. Filmed and photographed content, wrote engaging captions, and highlighted the atmosphere and community to help drive foot traffic and increase online engagement. Focused on keeping the content authentic, timely, and aligned with the brand’s personality.
Developed and executed platform-specific social media content to promote department events, student achievements, and academic initiatives. Created short-form video, graphics, and written content while helping refine the department’s digital voice and engagement strategy. Analyzed performance metrics to guide content decisions and strengthen audience interaction.
Co-moderated a professional panel featuring industry speakers, guiding discussion, facilitating audience questions, and helping create an engaging and organized event experience. Collaborated with faculty and fellow moderators to prepare talking points and ensure smooth transitions throughout the program. Strengthened public speaking, event coordination, and professional communication skills through live facilitation.
